A traditional style chorizo with the addition of cider and using the highest quality smoked paprika. The slight tart taste developed during fermentation, with the sweetness of the cider, a mild heat from the chilli and a light smoke flavour make this one of the best Chorizos you will ever taste. Made using local free range traditional breed pork.

Ingredients
Pork (87%), Somerset Cider (4.8%), Skimmed Milk Powder, Sea Salt, Garlic, Paprika (0.62%), Dried Chilli, Water, Dextrose, Cayenne Pepper, Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate. Made with 138g pork per 100g of chorizo.
May contain milk (produced in a facility that uses milk powder). For allergens see ingredients in Bold.
Store in a cool dry place or in a fridge.
To best enjoy the product, bring to room temperature and open the pack to breathe 30 minutes before separating slices and serving.
