Delivery Information & FAQs

Delivery is free of charge for orders over £95. There is no minimum order quantity but for orders of less than £95 value, there is a £6.50 delivery charge. Of course collection is free. 7-3 Monday-Friday just choose collection when ordering.

Orders received prior to 7am on business days are typically delivered within 1-2 business days.

Orders received after 7am would revert to the following mornings dispatch. Friday’s orders are dispatched for delivery the following Monday, except during extreme temperatures, these might be held for Monday dispatch Tuesday delivery.

If you would like a later delivery date, once you have chosen your items and added them to your basket, go to ‘checkout’.

On the checkout page, once you’ve completed your details, on the right side of the screen you will see a field for delivery date. Choose the delivery date that suits you.

Orders are typically sent via our local courier in a box made from recycled cardboard. Small consignments are sent in a small box made from recycled cardboard and inserted into a plastic courier bag which is made of 80% recycled content and is 100% recyclable or reusable, as is the cardboard box and tissue paper inlay.
