We have taken a traditional Italian salami recipe, removed the red wine and fennel and replaced it with sage, mustard and local cider to give it a real West Country flavour. The result is a totally unique salami flavour that has quickly established itself as our signature product. A complex and powerful set of flavours that play with your sweet, sour, salt & umami taste buds, making this salami dangerously moreish.

Pork (87%), Somerset Cider (4.8%), Skimmed Milk Powder, Sea Salt, Mustard Seeds (0.98%), Dextrose, Water, Sage (0.43%, Black Pepper, Garlic, Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate. Made with 138g pork per 100g of salami.
May contain milk (produced in a facility that uses milk powder). For allergens see ingredients in Bold.
Store in a cool dry place or in a fridge.
To best enjoy the product, bring to room temperature and open the pack to breathe 30 minutes before separating slices and serving.
