This is our take on classic Pepperoni, with traditional breed local free range pork and grass fed beef this Peperone has a beautiful sweet anise flavour and will shine on any pizza, in any sandwich, flatbread, ciabatta or wrap etc.

Ingredients
Pork (65.3%), Beef (21.8%), Water, Sea Salt, Paprika, Fennel, Black Pepper, Dextrose, Cayenne Pepper, Brown Sugar, Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate. Made with 138g pork & beef per 100g of Peperone.
May contain milk (produced in a facility that uses milk powder). For allergens see ingredients in Bold.
Store in a cool dry place or in a fridge.
To best enjoy the product, bring to room temperature and open the pack to breathe 30 minutes before separating slices and serving.
