Made from whole loin of local outdoor reared pork, our lonza is flavoured toasted Tellicherry pepper and juniper berries. Deliciously light and lean.

Ingredients
Pork (96%), Sea Salt, Tellicherry Pepper, Juniper Berries. Made with 154g pork per 100g of Lonza.
May contain milk (produced in a facility that uses milk powder). For allergens see ingredients in Bold.
Store in a cool dry place or in a fridge.
To best enjoy the product, bring to room temperature and open the pack to breathe 30 minutes before separating slices and serving.
